Ninja Run Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Ninja Run is a game by Dew Brook LLC for Android and Apple devices. This page explains what the app does with information. The short version: Ninja Run does not collect personal information, has no ads, and keeps your progress on your own device.

What stays on your device

The game saves your progress, player profiles and the ninja names you type, settings, and family ghost-race times in the app's own storage on your phone or tablet. This information is not sent to us. Deleting the app's data deletes it from the device (see cloud saves below).

What we do not do

Ninja Run has no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, no crash-reporting service, no Dew Brook accounts, and no chat. For players 13 and older, on Android the game may sign you in to Google Play Games automatically so your progress can be saved to your own Google account (Play Games saved games). On Apple devices, cloud saves use your iCloud. Players under 13 are never signed in and don't use cloud saves (see below). Dew Brook doesn't receive or store those saves. The game uses the internet only for Google Play or App Store purchases and for these cloud saves. The Android app asks for no special permissions (no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or advertising ID).

The one-time Dojo purchase

Free Run and the full belt adventure are free. The Dojo is a one-time in-app purchase. Google Play or the Apple App Store handles the payment. We never see your card number, and the store's own privacy policy covers your payment information (Google, Apple). The app checks with the store on your device whether the Dojo was bought, so it can unlock it and let you restore it.

Cloud saves and backups

For players 13 and older, so you don't lose your progress, the game can also save it to your own Google Play Games account on Android or your iCloud account on Apple devices. For players under 13, the game does not sign in to Google Play Games or use cloud saves, and progress stays on the device. For every player, your phone's own backup (Android backup or iCloud Backup) may include it if you have that turned on. Google and Apple store this data under their own privacy policies (Google, Apple). Dew Brook does not run its own servers and does not receive your saved progress.

To delete it, delete the game's data in your Google Play Games or Google Account settings, or in your iCloud settings on Apple devices, or delete the game and its data from your phone and its backup.

Purchases are tied to your Google Play or Apple account, not to the saved game. If you reinstall or get a new phone, use Restore Purchases in the game to get them back.

What Google and Apple tell us

Google Play and the App Store give us reports about our games: things like how many people visit the store page and download a game, sales totals, star ratings and reviews, and crash reports. These come from Google and Apple, not from code we add, and they are summaries that don't tell us who you are. Crash and usage reports only come from players who turned on sharing with app developers in their phone settings, and you can turn that off at any time (on Android, in your Google settings for usage and diagnostics; on iPhone, in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Share With App Developers).

Email

If you email support@dewbrook.com, we get your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you.

Who the game is for

Ninja Run is made for a general audience, including children under 13. Ninja Run is committed to following the Google Play Families policy.

The first time the game starts, it asks the player's age on a neutral age screen. The age is stored only on the device. For players under 13, the game does not sign in to Google Play Games and does not use cloud saves. Their progress stays on the device, and may be included in the phone's own backup if that is turned on. Players 13 and older may be signed in to Google Play Games for cloud saves, as described above.

Profile names stay on the device and are never sent to Dew Brook. Ninja Run has no ads, no analytics, no chat, no advertising ID, no Dew Brook accounts, and no way to send messages or photos to other people. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, and parents can manage them with the store's parental controls, such as Google Play purchase approval.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you think a child's information reached us (for example, in an email to support), write to us and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA)

Dew Brook LLC does not sell or share personal information, as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may ask to know what personal information we have about them, ask us to delete or correct it, and are free to use these rights without being treated differently. Because the game keeps your progress only on your device, we usually hold nothing about you except emails you send us. To make a request, email support@dewbrook.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We may ask a question or two to confirm the request is yours.

Keeping and deleting data

Game progress stays on your device, and in your own Google Play Games or iCloud account and phone backup, until you delete it there. We keep support emails only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Changes

If what the game collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the new version is released.
